Seaspray Rooms offers boutique style accommodation in the heart of Bexhill-on-Sea. Nine individually designed bedrooms offer single and double occupancy with ensuite bath/shower or showers. The light and airy double aspect south and south-west facing rooms provide views towards the promenade.

Situated across three-floors of a renovated Victorian residence, and above the lively Bar Brasserie – rocksalt-on-sea, our rooms are bursting with character and each one has its own personality.

24 hour private entrance lobby to stairs, with adjoining access to rocksalt-on-sea, during opening hours. Given it is a period building its layout unfortunately does not accommodate wheelchair or lift access.

Personal check-in is 15.00 to 17.00, however, if you are unable to arrive between these times please give us a call. Should you wish to arrive earlier we can make arrangements to check you in and store your luggage until your room is ready. Check out is by 11.00am on the day of your departure. We offer a breakfast menu which is served between 8.00am and 10.00am Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 10.00 on Saturday and 09.00 to 10.00 on Sunday, in rocksalt-on-sea.

Please note that all rooms on the first floor may experience noise from the busy Bar Brasserie below and that bedroom 3 is directly above the band area, so please check the music calendar on the restaurant’s website, www.rocksalt-on-sea.website.

A stone’s throw away from the iconic De La Warr Pavilion (DLWP.com), Bexhill’s classic 1920’s modernist theatre, gallery and community art centre, we are in the perfect location to explore the town and the extensive promenade. We are a five-minute walk from the rail station and literally a few minutes stroll to the beach.

The town offers many attractions including three local golf courses, antiques shopping, sea angling and a sailing club.
